I live at this location and I must say it's one of the best places I found to live since relocating in 2018. However this review is for the maintenance staff, specifically for Robert. This man knows his stuff I don't believe there's anything he can't do, I found that out when we first moved in . My oven started cutting off the Thursday before Thanksgiving and then again Wednesday the day before. He came and fixed it the day before Thanksgiving he saved me from so much grief and stress. Now the maintenance staff I have dealt with outside of him are good but he is great 👍🏾 He even called to check in to see if the stove was OK. Thank you so much Robert. Cortland is so lucky to have you .
This is the best apartment I've ever lived in. I was here for 2 years and it was PERFECT! The leasing staff were always really kind and professional, and maintenance was very timely and really reasonable servicing work orders and maintaining the property well. 24 hour gym was amazing, along with all the other amenities and resident perks.
Yes, parking was at times a challenge, but would be at any complex. Yes it's in Denver and there's way too much roadwork and traffic, but if I didn't have to move for work, I would still be there today.

LOVE this apartment complex. From day 1 Janet was so helpful and has made sure our move was easy and hassle free. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Made the process very easy and got us on quick. Highly recommend these apartments.
The manager Miranda is a wonderful woman. She is very understanding and will work with you. She knows by name and not just a unit number. Any concerns we have have been handled same day. Fantastic management.
I was welcomed buy the ladies there. She was able to help me add someone in my lease. Very helpful and took care of my needs. I also spoke to her manager earlier today and both were absolutely amazing!
Janet, Miranda, and Patty have been exceedingly lovely professionals to work with in getting me signed and settled into my new place and in a very tight window of time. And Robert in maintenance is a total gem. He's good at his job and a fun chat. So far, I'm rather impressed with this service team.
I’ve recently been looking to move as my lease is coming up and I was recommended Cortland on cherry creek by a co worker. I was touring with Lea and thought I would leave a review because it’s rare to see someone with such knowledge and care for people. She went above and beyond with helping me decide if this area was right for me. She was really attentive to my needs and how this property was a good fit. She was able to answer all my questions and concerns. the property is very nice. I would definitely recommend it. I will be back when my lease is up.
